Recently, Under the guidance of professor Gao Shan, A postgraduate student from the Medical School of Guizhou University,Published research paper “LCDR regulates the integrity of Lysosomal membrane” in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PANS)LAPTM5 transcript and Cell survival by hnRNP K-Stabilized “, this study reports for the first time a novel transcriptional molecule that regulates lysosomal mediated cell death, and elucidates its regulatory mechanism and clinical significance in detail. It provides a new theoretical basis for the development of tumor biomarkers and clinical targeted therapy. We identified for the first time a novel epigenetic transcriptional molecule that regulates lysosomal dependent cell death at the post-transcriptional level (FIG. 1), and revealed a novel LCDR/hnRNP K /LAPTM5 axis that regulates the occurrence and progression of lung cancer. These findings provide a promising strategy for cancer treatment.Figure 1 LCDR/hnRNP K/LAPTM5 regulatory pattern Diagram The first authors of this paper are Yang Hope, a master candidate from Guizhou University, and Wen Ya, a doctoral candidate from Guizhou University, as co-first authors. This work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Strategic Leadership program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.Article/photo: Medical College intern Editor: Li Wenju Editor: Zhang Ximin Responsible editor: Pang Aizhong Editor: Zhang Yajun
